‹ Back to the latest

  • Ask is easier to use: the view follows the answer as it streams, with a “Latest” button to jump back if you scroll up; you can ask a follow-up right after an answer, copy it or mark it helpful; the input takes several lines, sends on Enter without misfiring while you’re still typing, and shows how many characters are left; an accidental clear can be undone, and you can stop an answer that resumed after a dropped connection.
  • Book cards in your library show the free preview and the full sample side by side. For your own chart, the Life Book, Decade Book, Year Book and Life Advice Book each open straight to a preview of chapter one if you don’t have that book yet.
  • The chart page now links to a Life Book preview, and when your Ask points run out the full book set is suggested first.
  • On phones, the date picker on “What kind of person are you?” now shows in full, and dropdown arrows look the same across the site.

  • The yearly luck tool now adds four plain-language cards: this year’s theme, where money comes from, where love comes from and where pressure comes from, each with what you can do. You’ll see them in the yearly tool, the 2027 page and the 2027 notes.
  • New tool: See them in your chart. Without their birthday, read your partner, parents, boss, child, siblings or friends from your own chart: who they are, how they see money, how they treat you and how the relationship goes this year. Palace pages, compatibility pages and the love notes link to it.
  • The result card on “What kind of person are you?” now leads with “Ask about one thing” and “Preview my Life Advice Book”, with the full chart after them. The preview now opens the Life Advice Book itself.
  • Locked previews for signed-out visitors now show each book’s own title and first chapter (the Decade Book, Year Book and Life Advice Book) instead of the Life Book for all.
  • When your Ask points run out, the invite card shows your referral code with copy and share buttons.

  • The site is now in Korean (/ko): the interface, chart readings, Learn, the Quan Shu, notes and free tools, with checkout in Korean won.
  • On your first visit the site opens in your browser’s language (Traditional or Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean). Once you switch, your choice sticks.
  • New page: “What kind of person are you?” Enter a birthday and see what sun signs, MBTI, Vedic astrology, Ba Zi and Zi Wei Dou Shu each say, then read your Life Palace report.
  • Sun signs × Zi Wei: a page for each of the twelve signs with the Life Palace stars most common among its people.
  • Compatibility: nine relationship pages (couples, spouses, parent and child, in-laws, siblings, boss, business partners, best friends, coworkers), each showing which palaces to read.
  • New page: Tai Sui 2027. Which zodiac animals clash with the Grand Duke in the Ding Wei year and how people traditionally make peace with it, with a page for each animal.
  • Chat with Xing now uses a daytime paper scene in light mode, and the saved end card matches.
  • FAQ sections are now fully expanded, so you no longer open them one by one.

  • New: Pet chart. Enter your pet’s birthday to see which star shapes its personality and get a pet star card to save and share. Don’t know the birth hour? We list the Life Palace stars possible that day so you can pick one.
  • New tool: Pattern check. Draw your chart and see right away whether it has a given pattern. Drawing a chart from a pattern’s page now answers that question directly too.
  • “See my full chart” in the free tools now opens the matching palace or the Luck tab.
  • The birthday fields in the Year Four Transformations, calendar converter and age tools now use the same date wheel as the chart form, with a lunar switch.
  • Ask: a question you picked before signing in is sent automatically once you’re back.
  • Fixed: the hour menu in the free tools no longer jumps back to the first option after a search.

  • New: let Xing walk you through your chart. Right after you draw your chart, our guide Xing talks you through it one line at a time. She asks what’s been on your mind and starts there, and you pick from six chapters: you, love, work, money, people and this year. Tap any term for a plain explanation; every line shows where on the chart it comes from, and each chapter ends with something you can do. At the end you get a card with a line from Xing to save and share. Prefer to skip it? Tick “Always go straight to my chart.”
  • On phones, the bottom tabs are now four: Chart, Ask, Readings and Me. Learn has moved to the footer.
  • The Luck tab puts today’s pointers first and no longer repeats the same opening on every transformation. On the Personality tab, the persona card header now shows your emblem, and the share-for-a-book note fits on one line with your progress.
  • The persona share image has been redesigned: everything is centered and larger, it lists three lines about you, and it stays clear of the parts Instagram Stories cover. “What do you want to look at first?” has moved to the top of More readings.

  • New: Today’s pointers. The daily outlook, and the today card on the homepage and chart page, now show a lucky color, a direction, a lucky item and one thing worth doing today. The general version follows the day’s stem and branch; once you have a chart, it follows the palace where today’s Hua Lu lands, so it differs from person to person.
  • The chart page responds better: tap a term in a reading heading (such as the twelve spirits) for a plain-language note, tap the same palace again to open its full reading, and switching tabs takes you back to the top.
  • Steadier layout: previews, swipe tabs and tables of contents no longer push the page down while they load.
  • Solar term pages now show the exact date and time in the title.

  • New tool, C-section timing: once your doctor has set the dates for a planned C-section, see the baby’s chart for every date and hour in one table. Tap a slot for personality, learning, friendships, patterns and Ba Zi, add the parents’ birthdays to see how the baby relates to each of you, and compare up to three side by side. Traits only, no ranking, and your doctor’s plan always comes first.
  • The sign-in card on the chart page now lists what you get after signing in: the full reading, the first chapter of every book, 3 questions a week in Ask, and a saved chart. The Advice Book sample link sits under the sign-in buttons.
  • Fix: if your connection drops just as you open your full chart, check out or claim a gift, you now stay on the page with a “No internet connection” note instead of an error screen.

  • A new Luck tab on the chart page: it now has Personality, Luck and Chart. Luck lets you swipe between today, this month and this year, and your decades have moved here too. Without signing in you can see today.
  • The chart page on desktop: the chart stays in the left column, and the right column switches between Personality, Luck and Palace readings, so there is no scrolling back and forth.
  • New wording on the persona card: your type is now the headline (for example, "Lian Zhen · Wood 3"), and rarity reads "Only 1 in 60 people".
  • Transformations in a decade or year are now read by the palace they land in for that layer (for example, "Hua Lu enters today's Career Palace"), followed by a short note on where they fall in your natal chart. This applies to the daily reading, the Luck tab, the Year Book, the Decade Book and the Life Book.
  • Ask has a ready-made first question, "I feel lost lately. Where does my chart say I should go?", and the sign-in screen on the chart page links straight to the full sample of the Advice Book.
  • The chart page now explains how a chart is drawn and how to read it, with a short FAQ, and a new Validation page shows how we check that charts are correct.
  • The homepage now asks "Which star are you in Purple Star Astrology?" and promises the answer in 10 seconds, and the About page has been rewritten.
  • Fix: after a site update, an old page that failed to load a file now reloads itself once.

  • Life advice: the chart page and homepage now have "What to do right now", advice picked from your chart, one per area (timing, work, money, people, love, family, daily rhythm, mindset), each with the reason it is there. The full list has its own page.
  • New book, the Advice Book: what to do in each area of life this year, written up as one book. It costs the same as the Life Book, has a free preview and a full sample, and the bundle now includes five books. Every book on the shelf has a free preview, and the Compatibility Book has a full sample to read.
  • A new look for the fifteen characters: each is now an ink-and-gold emblem, and the site icon is new. Six characters have new names: Tian Tong is the Fortunate, Tan Lang the Virtuoso, Po Jun the Vanguard, Tai Yang the Guide, Tian Fu the Treasurer, and the Empty Life Palace the Traveler.
  • A new homepage: "Know yourself. Skip the detours." Swipe through real screens of the nine things you get after drawing your chart, and read the full sample books without drawing one. If you are signed in, the homepage takes you straight back to your chart.
  • An easier chart page: on phones, "Your star" holds your personality, the four answers, what to do right now and your decades, while "Chart" is just the chart. A new chart opens on the chart first, you can save and share your star card right from the reveal, and your account page lets you change your birth details. Save as image now sits next to the chart guide.
  • New notes on the 2027 transformations in each palace, the 2027 yearly palace positions and the 2028 transformations, in English, Chinese and Japanese.
  • Fixes: swipeable tab rows can no longer be dragged up and down on iPhone, and the selected tab scrolls into view.

  • Every palace reading rewritten: each cell of all twelve palaces was reviewed against one set of rules. Classical lines now read "The classics say…; today, this means…", and they keep the original's weight, neither harsher nor softer.
  • Readings that fit your age: if you are under 18, the Wealth Palace talks about pocket money and saving; older readers see the Children Palace as time with children and grandchildren, and the Friends Palace no longer talks about managing staff.
  • When you switch to a decade, year or month, the palace reading switches with it. It starts with what this palace means in that layer (for example, "Decade Wealth Palace") and what that layer's transformations mean here, then continues with your natal reading. Monthly layers now have readings too.
  • Email your chart to yourself without signing in; the link in the email never expires. You can choose on your account page whether to receive emails about new features and offers, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. The privacy policy has been updated.
  • Articles on palaces, transformations and patterns, and the notes, now include the birth form, so you can make your chart without leaving the page.
  • The Life Palace star tool now opens with your character: the illustration, name and line, the same set as the persona card on your chart page.
  • Fixes: some English charts no longer error when you switch to a monthly layer; when a redeem code no longer works, the page now offers a free chart and a way to earn a book by inviting friends.
