Does Xingge cost money?

Drawing and viewing charts and Learn are free, and Ask includes free questions every week. The Life Book, Year Book, Compatibility Book and extra Ask points are paid: in the app through the App Store or Google Play, and on the website by card (Stripe), in US dollars on the English pages.

Are points and books shared between the app and the website?

Yes. Sign in with the same account, and points and vouchers bought in either place work in both (the app is in Chinese). Books you've had written are all in your Library.

Who do I contact for a refund?

For website purchases, email us with your account and the time of purchase. Within 14 days of purchase, if none of the points or vouchers from it have been used, we'll give you a full refund. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google: on iPhone, request a refund from your App Store purchase history; on Android, from your Google Play order history.

How do I use a redeem code? Where can I see my purchases?

Sign in on the website and go to “Me”. Enter the code and the points or vouchers go into your account. Each code can be used only once per account. Your purchase history is on the same page.

What is sending a chart? Can the recipient see my data?

After creating a chart for a friend or family member, you can generate a link to send them. When they sign in and accept it, the chart and the books written for them go into their own account. Before it's accepted, anyone with the link can see your name, the recipient's gender, the chart type and the book titles, but not the birth details. The link expires after 30 days.

What are my birth details and chart used for?

Only for drawing charts and generating books and Ask answers. When content is generated, it's processed by an AI provider; it's never sold or shared with advertisers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Are the results accurate? Can I base life decisions on them?

Zi Wei Dou Shu is a traditional cultural practice. Books and Ask answers are generated by AI from the chart, aren't guaranteed to be accurate, and are for reference only. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly in the app's “Settings” or the website's “Me” page. Once deleted, your birth details, friends & family charts, books, Ask history and points are removed from our database.

Is there an app?

There's a Chinese-language app on Google Play for Android; the iPhone version is in review. In English, you can do everything on the website, or add it to your phone's home screen.
