Xingge's chart, chart readings, lessons and free tools cost nothing. The Life Book is US$1.99, the Decade Book US$2.99 and 20 Ask points US$0.99: one-time purchases, no subscription, refundable within 14 days if unused (minus a 5% handling fee).

Is Xingge free?
Drawing and reading your chart, Learn and the free tools are free, and Ask includes 3 free questions a week. The books and extra Ask points are paid. Website prices: 20 Ask points US$0.99; Life Book, Year Book and Compatibility Book US$1.99 each; Decade Book US$2.99.
Is it a subscription? Will I be charged again?
No. Every purchase is one-time and nothing renews automatically.
How do I pay?
On the website by card through Stripe; Xingge never sees or stores your card number. In the app through the App Store or Google Play. Points and book credits are shared across both with the same account.
Can I get a refund?
Website purchases: within 14 days, if none of that purchase's points or book credits have been used, we refund the amount paid minus a 5% handling fee, in the original currency (USD, TWD or JPY) to the original payment method. Email [email protected] with your account and the purchase time. In-app purchases are refunded by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play purchase history.
