These terms are available in English and Chinese. If the versions differ, the English version prevails. Xingge is a learning and self-exploration service based on Zi Wei Dou Shu, comprising the app and the website (xingge.tw), operated by Intellizab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”). The app is currently available in Chinese only. Charts, the Life Book, yearly outlooks, Ask and other content are for reference and entertainment only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Drawing a chart and Learn don't require signing in; saving charts, friends & family charts, Ask and purchases require signing in with Apple or Google. One account works in both the app and the website. Please keep your sign-in method secure; actions under your account are treated as your own. You must be at least 13 to use Xingge. If you're a minor, get a parent's or guardian's permission before buying.
The Life Book, Year Book, Compatibility Book and Ask answers are generated by AI from the chart and may contain errors or omissions. Use your own judgment, and don't treat them as the sole basis for major decisions.
Items available: Ask points, and vouchers for the Life Book, Year Book and Compatibility Book. All are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. In-app purchases go through the App Store or Google Play; billing and refunds follow Apple's and Google's rules and processes, and we cannot refund them directly. Website purchases are paid through Stripe: priced in New Taiwan dollars on the Chinese pages and in US dollars on the English pages. The currency charged is the one shown at checkout, and your card issuer may add a foreign-transaction fee. By purchasing, you ask us to provide the digital content right away: points and vouchers go into your account as soon as the payment goes through. Refunds for website purchases: within 14 days of purchase, if none of the points or vouchers from that purchase have been used, email us with your account and the time of purchase for a full refund. Points or vouchers already used, including a voucher already used to write a book, can't be refunded. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. Points and vouchers have no expiry, work in both the app and the website, are tied to the purchasing account, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Ask includes a number of free questions each week (questions on behalf of friends and family don't count); after that, points are deducted. To prevent abuse, there is a daily limit on questions.
Redeem codes can be redeemed on the website's “Me” page; the points or vouchers go into the redeeming account. Each code can be used only once per account and may have an expiry date or a limited number of uses, as stated in the promotion. Redeem codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Birth details, questions and other content you enter are used only to provide the corresponding features. Please get the other person's consent before creating a chart for them, asking on their behalf or sending them a chart; please don't enter inappropriate content or content that infringes on others.
A sent-chart link is valid for 30 days and can be accepted only once. Once accepted, the birth details and books written for them are copied to their account and managed by them from then on.
Zi Wei Dou Shu content is a presentation of a traditional cultural practice. Its accuracy is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
We may adjust, suspend or end some features for operational reasons, and will try to announce this in advance in the app, on the website or on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where the consumer laws of the place you live give you the right to bring a claim there.
