Bing Wu Year Month 9: Tan Lang Lu, Tai Yin Quan, You Bi Ke, Tian Ji Ji

The ninth month of the lunar Bing Wu year (the Wu Xu month) begins on October 10 in the Gregorian calendar. The monthly Heavenly Stem is "Wu." The Four Transformations for the Wu stem are: Tan Lang Hua Lu (Transformation of Wealth), Tai Yin Hua Quan (Transformation of Power), You Bi Hua Ke (Transformation of Fame), and Tian Ji Hua Ji (Transformation of Obstruction).

The atmosphere this month brings both more opportunities and more distracting thoughts. Tan Lang Hua Lu pushes social connections and desires to the forefront, while Tian Ji Hua Ji makes you overthink details and hesitate to act. Below, we look at what these four stars represent when they fall into each of the twelve palaces.

Tan Lang Hua Lu

Tan Lang’s nature: it transforms into Peach Blossom energy, the star of desire. It governs artistic talent, socializing, desires, learning ability, and speculation.

• Life Palace: You naturally carry a charismatic aura, with many talents and a playful spirit; opportunities and social connections come to you easily.
• Spouse Palace: You understand romance and enjoy relationships with spark; your partner often brings surprises.
• Wealth Palace: You earn through socializing and talents, with many speculative opportunities; you spend generously, so keep some reserves as money comes and goes.
• Career Palace: You navigate the workplace with skill, turning talents and social connections into value; you are likely to encounter opportunities that boost your profile.

Tai Yin Hua Quan

Tai Yin’s nature: it transforms into wealth energy and rules the Property Palace. It is detailed, introverted, sensitive, and values security. When bright, it is gentle and warm; when dim, it tends toward worry.

• Life Palace: You hold your sense of security in your own hands. Your emotions run deep, but you do not show weakness easily. The more you settle your inner world, the more true power you have.
• Spouse Palace: In relationships, you want to care for your partner and plan your future together. Leave some space for gentleness, so love can flow.
• Wealth Palace: You have the ability to plan finances and know how to accumulate wealth steadily. Be bold when acting, but always leave yourself room to maneuver.
• Career Palace: You are detailed and ambitious in your career, able to execute tasks beautifully. Take the lead, but also allow for discussion.

You Bi Hua Ke

You Bi’s nature: the star of assistance. It helps behind the scenes and manages interpersonal relations.

• Life Palace: You naturally have an approachable demeanor, and people often help you fill gaps without being asked. Your reputation builds slowly through your social connections.
• Spouse Palace: Your partner often handles situations for you quietly, and you have no shortage of helpful people around you. Keep boundaries clear, and your relationship will be more stable.
• Wealth Palace: Your financial management is boosted by your network, and income comes through word of mouth. Keep your accounts clear, and your financial path will be steadier.
• Career Palace: You often meet people willing to help in the workplace. Your professional reputation is the stepping stone to promotion.

Tian Ji Hua Ji

Tian Ji’s nature: it transforms into kindness energy, the star of wisdom. It governs thinking, planning, change, and overthinking. It favors mental work over physical labor.

• Life Palace: You habitually calculate your next move repeatedly. The more detail you think through, the easier it is to get stuck. Learn to adjust as you go, and do not wait for perfection before starting.
• Spouse Palace: You think more about the relationship than your partner does, and you tend to rehearse the future for both of you. Do less predicting, and more direct confirming.
• Wealth Palace: You are used to earning with your mind, so your income fluctuates with your ideas and changes. Keep backup plans, and do not bet all your ideas on one outcome.
• Career Palace: You are good at planning and adjusting in your career, but you also tend to hesitate from overthinking. Use your intelligence for execution, and do not let plans stay only in your head.
