Four transformations × twelve palaces

What does Tian Fu Hua Ke mean?

The four transformations are four impulses that set a star in motion. Tian Fu at its core: The commanding star and the treasury. Conservative, steady, a keeper of what is built, and generous. It needs a treasury to guard, and dislikes an empty or exposed one. Under Hua Ke, whichever palace it lands in, that palace's affairs are amplified.
