The twelve palaces
What is the Children Palace?
The Children Palace covers children, and the people you bring along: students, juniors, the team you mentor.
Three palaces to read with the Children Palace
The palace opposite is the Property Palace, and the trine palaces are the Friends Palace and the Parents Palace. Together these four make up the San Fang Si Zheng of the Children Palace. The opposite palace has the strongest pull after the palace itself, and the two trines act like the other corners of a triangle, each echoing the others.

Below is how each star reads at steady brightness. Brightness and the stars sharing the palace change the reading, so open each one for the full picture.
Zi Wei in the Children Palace ›
You set high standards for your children, students and team, wanting them to make something of themselves. Manage a little less, and they will grow better.
Tian Ji in the Children Palace ›
Your children or students tend to be sharp, and they often think differently from you. You are the one who comes up with ideas.
Tai Yang in the Children Palace ›
You have a real knack for guiding people and are willing to light the way for your children and students. Don't burn yourself out.
Wu Qu in the Children Palace ›
You lead with discipline, and your juniors and team are solid. Remember to give them room to grow instead of watching only the results.
Tian Tong in the Children Palace ›
You're like a friend to your children and team; you lead loosely and keep the mood light. Someone needs to supply the rules so things stay on track.
Lian Zhen in the Children Palace ›
You put real care into the team members and children you raise, and your enthusiasm is contagious. Lighten your expectations a little, and you will both be more at ease.
Tian Fu in the Children Palace ›
You look after your children and team well and give them plenty of resources. You can make it too comfortable, though, so they miss out on being tested.
Tai Yin in the Children Palace ›
You lead gently and with care, and your children or students blossom under you. Don't hide your hopes too deeply.
Tan Lang in the Children Palace ›
Your children or students are talented and lively, and you make learning fun. You don't manage them much, though, so someone needs to supply the rules.
Ju Men in the Children Palace ›
The people you train think well and speak well. Make the rules clear first, and they will respect you more.
Tian Xiang in the Children Palace ›
You are fair to your children and your team, and the people you train have good discipline. Leave them room to try things themselves.
Tian Liang in the Children Palace ›
You lead as a principled, elder-style figure. With clear rules, your children and team actually respect you more.
Qi Sha in the Children Palace ›
Your children or team have minds of their own and are hard to manage. Give them room, and they'll surprise you.
Po Jun in the Children Palace ›
Your children or students have a rebellious, inventive streak. Don't try to fit them into your mold.
An empty Children Palace
A palace with no main star is called an Empty Palace. You borrow the main stars of the Property Palace opposite, at somewhat reduced strength.
